Familiarization with the possibilities of providing services in remote areas
On the second day of the training seminar organized for the Uzbek delegation within the framework of the “Sustainable Rural Development” project, an acquaintance with the activities of the House of Justice, located in Dushetti (Georgia), took place. In this center, approximately 200 services are provided to the population per day. During the meetings, opinions were exchanged with Georgian experts on the specifics of working with the population in the regions and emerging problematic issues were discussed.
In the afternoon, an acquaintance took place with the activities of the Nikolli sewing workshop, which began its work in the village of Asureti. Using practical examples, the role of small businesses in increasing the incomes of residents of remote areas and their quality of life was examined.
